Aftermath

Here’s the funny thing–after you find out that some guy you liked
doesn’t like you, you get all upset–and with good reason! Then you
spend some time thinking about it and you realize there’s a danger in
potential. It’s like this–you can fall for someone’s potential and not
their actual. You see someone’s raw material–their intelligence, their
dreams, their plans and dig them for that. But until you see actual,
potential does you no good. When you see that person start the process
of achieving their goals, then maybe you can give them a chance, but
never before that! Never before!

So Ladies, don’t waste your time on someone with potential unless he’s
actualizing! So many of us women love to be there when our men fall–we
love to console, cheer, comfort but honey, don’t spend all your life
doing that! He’s supposed to be there for you too! Oh-and make sure you
and he talk! Never leave things “up for grabs” cause when he starts
grabbing somebody else–well, you’ll be looking kinda sore! If he can’t
pick up the slack, then he’s a fool! You need someone who will be there
for you too–not someone who will lean on you for life!

So at the end of the day you realize that it’s all good because you’ve
learned some lessons. You understand yourself better and you realize
that it was never as good as you imagined anyways–and besides, it’s
his loss right?
